President: Is in charge of calling and leading meetings
with the rest of the board to discuss all issues regarding the TACAS youth
group.
Vice President: Assists the president in all aspects of
the youth group.
Treasurer: Keeps track of all financial issues regarding
the youth group, mainly the budget and spending.
Secretary: Is in charge of taking minutes during the
board meetings and sending the minutes and other activity reports to TACAS.
The Secretary is also in charge of writing the TACAS newsletter.
Advisory Board: Mainly to advise the executive board on
all issues, and to also spearhead various youth group activities.
ALL executive board members are expected to take charge
of some youth group activities.
