Please see video about
the Raleigh Chinese New Year Festival 2010
Due to
the
inclement weather, Chinese New Year Festival was rescheduled from
January 30 to March
27, 2010, Saturday 10 AM - 7
PM, at Dorton
Arena, State
Fairgrounds. Information of the original scheduled Festival can
be
found here.
By all measures the
2010 Raleigh Chinese New Year Festival was
special. As the snowstorm was about to wibe out the hardwork many
had put into the original festival date of January 30th, we were able
to reschedule it at the last minute to March 27th. Although it
was two months later and in the week of the spring break, but the
festival was still able to draw about 4,000 people to the event.
