Scholarship now accepting applications
The
Advisory Board of the
Triangle Area Chinese American Society, TACAS, is pleased to announce
the 2011
TACAS Youth Leadership Scholarship is accepting applications from
3/15/2011 to
6/30/2011.
Rising high school seniors of TACAS family members are welcome to
apply.
Applications should be mailed to TACAS PO Box or E-mail (preferred) to
ab_chairman@nctacas.org. Scholarship receipients will be
announced in
fall of 2011 by the TACAS Advisory Board.

Presents “Taiwan Sublime”, a traveling exhibition features magnificent
and
engaging photographs that celebrate the rhythms of nature, Taiwan
Culture and
Folkways, and an elevated vision of Taiwan’s landscape.
A special reception
will be held on February 27 from 3 to 5 p.m. Invitations are
open to
all local communities. Please come to enjoy the photos, a nicely
prepared
perfrmance
program, and light refreshment.

The 26th International Festival of Raleigh was be held from October 1st
to 2nd of 2011 at the Raleigh Convention center. TACAS continued
its 26th consecutive participation and support of the Raleigh
International Festival with quite a lot of fun. See more

二零一零迎春嘉年華會
The
TACAS Chinese New Year
Festival has been rescheduled to Saturday, March 27, 2011
at the Dorton Arena. We made this decision in the best interest
of safety for all concerned. All pre-event tickets, including
those sold online, will be honored on March 27.
Thank you for your patience and attention during the development of
this extreme weather situation. Your support is highly
appreciated. We look forward to seeing all of you in March as we
celebrate the year of tiger.
