It's with great pride that we bring to the Triangle area the second Asian American Health Fair, free and open to the public.

While Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPIs) are the fastest growing sector of the North Carolina population, hospitals, health care providers, and private companies have not focused thus far on specialized care or outreach for AAPIs.   With the health fair, hosts TACAS, NAAAP, Duke Raleigh Hospital , State Farm insurance, and China Star newspaper hope to make some progress with local health care providers and researchers to better serve Asian Americans.
